- Type the page ranges, like 1-3, 4-6, 9. Leave it blank to get every page as its own file.

Questions
How do I write page ranges?
Separate ranges with commas. 1-3 means pages 1 to 3, and 5 means just page 5. So 1-3, 5 gives you two files.
Can I get every page as a separate PDF?
Yes. Leave the page ranges empty and each page becomes its own file, bundled in a ZIP.
What if I only want to keep a few pages?
Use Extract Pages to pull pages into one new PDF, or Delete Pages to remove the ones you don't need.
